Bond Wolfe are proud to be the appointed auctioneers for Birmingham City Council, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council and Wolverhampton City Council and we are the only Auction House to have ever been appointed by all three of these Authorities at the same time. We are also the appointed auctioneers for British Waterways and regularly dispose of properties on behalf of banks, building societies, private companies and individuals We hold major property auction sales throughout the year and each auction sale usually comprises in the region of 100 lots and every auction is a collective sale of a complete mix of property types ranging from large commercial investment properties and residential investment portfolios to individual residential properties, run down and dilapidated commercial and residential properties as well as land and development sites, offering development potential, with or without planning consent.Immediate Exchange of ContractsContracts are deemed to have been exchanged unconditionally with the successful bidder on the fall of the gavel.
