Cathal Moran & Co. Auctioneers Ltd are a new firm of Auctioneers and Chartered Valuation Surveyors with their main regional office at Northgate St., Athenry, Co. Galway.

Spearheaded by Cathal Moran who is a fully qualified Chartered Valuation Surveyor and Auctioneer and is a native of Tiaquin, Athenry. Cathal is also a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland. Cathal holds a degree in Valuation Surveying, a Diploma in Property Economics from Trinity College Dublin and Bolton Street respectively.

Cathal Moran Auctioneers and Chartered Surveyors have a wealth of experience in all facets of the property market in Galway and the West of Ireland and offer a specialised and professional service in the property arena.

Cathal Moran has worked with one of Dublins leading Commercial Property Estate Agents – Douglas Newman Good where he worked in the Commercial and Valuation department dealing in property valuations, commercial property valuations and specialist valuations, rent reviews, landlord and tenant relations aswell as sales and agency. Cathal then progressed to Rooney Auctioneers in Galway where he worked for 6 ½ years as Senior Negotiator and Property Surveyor. Subsequently Cathal has opened his own General Practice with its regional base in Athenry, Co. Galway.
