P.J. Broderick & Co.,Auctioneers, was established in 1973 and since then have given a friendly, professional and personal service. In recent years P.J.’s son, Peter, has joined the family business, having qualified in Auctioneering, Valuations and Estate Agency from the Dublin Institute of Technology in Bolton St. Both P.J. and Peter are members of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute. The practice concentrates on all aspects of property sales including Residential, Commercial, Land Sales, Lettings and Valuations. P.J. is a founder member of Irish Pub Sales Ltd. and is the current chairman. Irish Pub Sales Ltd. have offices throughout the country and are now a big player in the sale of pubs in Ireland.
